Q345H型钢已在建筑及桥梁等领域获得越来越广泛的应用,特别是随着建筑领域轻钢结构的发展,对Q345H型钢的需求更为迫切。
在现有技术中,大型H型钢的生产方法有两种,一是热轧,一个钢坯或板坯轧成一根H型钢,长度有限,不能连续生产,二是焊接,由较 厚的钢板焊接而成,通常采用埋弧焊焊接,效率非常低。对于轻型H型钢,由于壁薄,不能采用热轧方式生产,只能采用焊接方式生产,典型 的焊接Q345H型钢是采用二氧化碳气体保护焊生产(如中国专利 98206807.7和97243388.0),采用单片间断的焊接方式,其生产成本高, 且效率和产量低。
目的在于提供一种生产效率高、成本低的Q345H型钢的连续焊接生产方法。
