高频焊接H型钢已在建筑及桥梁等领域获得越来越广泛的应用,特别是随着建筑领域轻钢结构的发展,对高频焊接H型钢的需求更为迫切。
在现有技术中,高频焊接H型钢的生产方法有两种,一是热轧,一个钢坯或板坯轧成一根H型钢,长度有限,不能连续生产,二是焊接,由较 厚的钢板焊接而成,通常采用埋弧焊焊接,效率非常低。对于轻型H型 钢,由于壁薄,不能采用热轧方式生产,只能采用焊接方式生产,典型的焊接高频焊接H型钢是采用二氧化碳气体保护焊生产,采用单片间断的焊接方式,其生产成本高, 且效率和产量低。
本发明的目的在于提供一种生产效率高、成本低的高频焊接H型钢的连续焊接生产方法。
针对上述目的,本发明以用作高频焊接H型钢翼板的带钢和用作轻型H 型钢腹板的带钢为原料,拼装成H型钢形状定位,采用高频焊接方法, 连续生产高频焊接H型钢。其具体的工艺流程包括带钢开卷、带钢矫直、剪 切对焊、活套存储、腹板墩边、预组立、高频焊接、快速冷却、矫直牵 引、定尺剪切。现分述如下:
